Media Digitization to Streaming Server

Please complete the online form to initiate a request for delivery of streaming video  for online classroom use. 

Streaming Media Request  (Two weeks minimum notice REQUIRED)

The following criteria must be met:

• Media must be cataloged by the library (University ownership)
• Only Quicktime or RealPlayer can be streamed on our systems
• You will only be provided with a link or reference movie to the digitized files and not the digized media themselves.
