Distance Users
To qualify for Distance Users privileges, you must
- Live outside the 7 county Twin Cities Metro area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, & Washington counties),
OR
- Be enrolled in a doctoral program or the MBA program,
OR
- Be a part of an off-campus cohort that has been given Distance User status.

Articles:
You may request ALL articles that are NOT available online, regardless of whether they are housed at BU Library or elsewhere, using the online forms.
When you fill out the forms, be sure to include in the Notes field:
OR
- Doctoral or MBA program cohort name
OR
- Off-campus cohort name (State that it is an off-campus cohort)
We will send the article via an email with a link to a web page.
Sorry, we cannot provide copies of articles which we own in physical format for other students who live within the Metro counties listed above unless they are a part of an off-campus cohort.
Books:
Upon request, the library will mail books to your address free of charge. You will need to pay for return shipping.
Request all books using online forms.
When you fill out the forms, be sure to include in the Notes field:
